Trump tweets out his ‘great’ job-approval rating online

President Donald Trump’s approval rating hit an all-time low on Tuesday, with a whopping 63 percent disapproving of the job he is doing as president, according to a new CNN/ORC poll.

The president’s approval is at an all time low on the eve of his first 100 days, with just 39 percent of the public approving of his job performance, according the poll.

That is well below the 46 percent approval he received last month, and well below his own ratings in early February, the poll found.

The disapproval rate is particularly high for the president’s handling of the nation’s opioid crisis, which is leading to widespread deaths and the opioid epidemic has become a national crisis.

Trump’s approval has dropped by a whopping 12 percentage points since his first day in office, when it was at 59 percent.

His approval rating has dropped from 51 percent to 39 percent since February, while his disapproval has remained at 38 percent.

The CNN/Orc poll also found that only 43 percent of Americans believe Trump is honest and trustworthy, with 45 percent saying they have a positive impression of the president.
